Braised Pork Trotter With Carlsberg Beer & Mushroom. Simple cooking. Home made recipe. Ingredients 1. 1 Pork trotter & 10 Mushroom 2. Carlsberg beer. 250 ml. 3. 2 tablespoons lump sugar 4. 1 tablespoon ginger slice 5. 6 cloves garlic 6. 1 strand spring onion - chopped 7. 4cm Cinnamon 8. 4 cloves star anise 9. 2pcs bay leaves 10. 4 tablespoons salt 11. 4 tablespoon light soya sauce 12. 3 tablespoon dark soya sauce 13. Water 200ml Recipe: 1. Fry item 3,4,5,6 until aroma 2. Then add item 7,8,9 3. Add item 1. Lightly stir fry. 4. Lastly add item 10,11,12 5. Add item 2 and 13. 6. If using normal stove, boil on low fire for 50 minutes. If pressure cooker, cook for 20 minutes on low fire. If fork tender cook for another 20 minutes for normal and pressure cooker another 10 minutes. 7.
